It is a sauce made with Habanero and Chili peppers. Among fruit, carrot and other ingredients it is one of the fruitiest tasting hot sauces available. Ideal to spice up meat dishes and marinades as well as eggs and curries. Goes with pretty much anything.

Pretty hot. Making stuff really hot is easy, the harder part is preserving flavour. We aim for a Scoville unit count of approx 2.000, comparable to Green Tabasco Sauce. Do You need hotter? No worries, there's Mascoville Original Habanero Extra Hot. And that accounts for 5.000 + Scoville units.
